Pulmo Care is a pulmonary rehabilitation program offered to patients with lung diseases like emphysema, asthma and chronic bronchitis. This exercise and education program is supervised by a registered respiratory therapist and registered nurses who work closely with your physician and a medical director to reach the highest level of functional capacity.
The primary goal of Pulmo Care is to enable our patients to achieve a level of optimal physical, psychological, vocational and social health.
The following services are offered through the pulmonary rehabilitation program: nutrition classes, stress management classes, education sessions regarding pulmonary disease management, smoking cessation classes and calisthenics classes.
