Together in Health is a collaborative partnership based on a model in which Laurens County Health Care System assists the congregations in our service area with development of a health ministry. Through this ministry, congregations have greater access to health information, health screenings and educational opportunities.
This community based wellness program facilitates wellness education and screening through coordination with churches and civic organizations. The focus is to promote wellness screenings and educate Laurens County citizens about healthy lifestyles and disease management.
