Concerns about safety or quality of care

All members of the general public who have a concern regarding patient safety or quality of care are encouraged to contact the hospital administration for resolution at: (864) 833-9151.

All members of the general public have the right to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities directly if they have a patient safety or quality of care concern that the hospital has not addressed. You may send your complaint by e-mail, fax or mail to the below addresses:
