Quality Care...
Advanced Technology
It is what we are made of.

Rich D’AlbertoThank you for considering a career opportunity with Laurens County Health Care System. We recognize the important choice we all make when selecting a hospital to care for ourselves or our loved ones. It is equally as important for LCHCS to find the right "caregivers" to meet our mission and vision of being the provider and employer of choice to our community.

In today's world of health care delivery, LCHCS is changing and growing, but never forgetting our true commitment to serve. Since the hospital opened in 1989, we have kept our promise to provide exceptional health care with a personal touch.

Dedicated to compassionate, quality care and outstanding medical leadership, all caregivers are committed to transform the health care experience and improve outcomes within our walls and in our communities. Service excellence, LEAN management, and Just Culture are only a few methods we use to attain these goals.

Recognized as one of South Carolina's progressive community hospitals, LCHCS has a mission to "deliver progressive health care in an atmosphere of continuous improvements to ensure 'we do the rights things' for all we serve."

More than 60 board-certified physicians and 35 consulting physicians representing 30 specialties complement our staff of nearly 500 employees. Today Laurens County Hospital operates 76 acute, 14 skilled nursing, and eight critical care beds. Our not-for-profit hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission, a nationwide seal of approval that indicates we meet a high standard of performance.

In addition to caring for patients, the Laurens County Health Care System leads in providing innovative and informative education and prevention programs in an effort to teach the community how to stay well. Because we believe good health is everyone's business, the hospital and community are in the forefront of redesigning and redirecting the way we work together as partners for a healthier Laurens County.

The LCHCS family is a diverse group of individuals all sharing the same attributes of respect for self and others, service mindedness, cooperative relationships, fiscal health, and continuous improvement. Those that succeed and grow with us are highly committed to these values.

Prospective employees will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability.

We invite you to learn more about us and discover if our mission and values mirror your career objectives. Again, thank you for choosing Laurens County Health Care System and giving us the opportunity to show you why we are proud to be the employer and provider of choice for our community.

Sincerely,
